Charsh while Loading

Charsh while Loading
the game chrashes evereytime while laoding... Windows detected a problem... Do someone know what i can do now?

I reinstalled it 7 times and now it runs, but only directly after the instalation... it a great game but wish i could play it in a normal way, without installing it new every time

If someone could help, it would be nice

Now it runs!!!!
Same Harware but now with Win XP (I used Win Vista before...)
What a great Game, make more pls!!
